The mission of the organization is positive.

Terrible experience with unresponsive, unaccountable, undermining and disrespectful staff member(s). Unless there was a major employee overhaul, I would never be willing to contract with this organization again no matter what resources are available for services- it's just not worth the unnecessary stress. The organization has tons of in-fighting between staff. Overall the organization is incredibly bloated with tons of staff but remains overwhelmingly ineffectual. Some of the staff who work at the organization are incredibly racist, have been taken to account by multiple staff and allies for the same issues, yet are still protected by leadership and senior management despite being aware of the long-standing problem. All in all, it seems the organization is firmly committed to disfunction.
