Freedom everyday and prompt salary payments and no disturbance interference in job. we need not worry about insurance and green card process. they take care promptly and ensure peace of mind to all employees.
Cons
Nothing , seriously nothing, no issues in last 3 years of my experience. salary may be better year after year. I expected bonus after 1 year.but I did not get it.
