Pros

Set working hours, free weekends. Even though working extra was quite common

Cons

Employer and managers didn't value work of employees at all, implementing any new ideas to help with workflow were not possible. Very bad and inefficient communication between departments. High dissatisfaction rate of customers, therefore more stress and work for customer service employees.
