Pros
I love the homey feel to the environment. The boss goes out and buys what is needed to make my job easier. They work with your schedule for outside activities, school, and family. There are decent benefits. As long as I get things done I can work at my own pace. The owner and wife are willing to work with me and teach me new things!
Cons
When we get busy I may have to bust out three machines a week, which can be a lot of work. being a small company there are few employees, so working by myself can be challenging sometimes.
