      Good way to get a first job in the field Lovely international colleagues

      Cons

      Since 2020 several rounds of redundancies affecting almost all departments. New staff hired in between rounds of redundancies, now more announced in 2023. Would not recommend moving to the area or leaving an existing job for a job here.

      Pros

      Excellent place to gain hands-on experience with AI/ML training data workflows. The project guidelines are very clear and structured.

      Cons

      The work is highly repetitive and sitting for long hours requires deep focus. Deadlines are tight with strict weekly accuracy quotas.
