      Pros

      Plenty of young, like-minded professionals that collaborate and get things done. Decent benefits and entry level engineers get overtime pay.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is stuck in their old ways of thinking. Not flexible at all and they impose their will on the management of individual departments, therefore you can't just have "an understanding" with you manager/supervisor. Everything comes top down. low pay.
