There are plentiful opportunities to take initiative in your niche, while also learning multiple functions and departments of the business. In short, you get a lot of freedom to build and mold your goals here based upon the effort you put into your role. There is also a diversity of thought in the workplace that makes diving into projects more meaningful.

Overall, the company needs to become more engaged with marketing to increase transparency and to showcase internal talent and client results. A lot of success floats under the radar that could empower the business to new heights - both for individuals and the organization.
