You definitely want to be someone who likes to look for different and better ways to get work done - they are focused on improving processes for efficiency but with higher quality. Flexible work hours that is the only pro!!!!

Crap pay, bad management, don't expect to be valued, as they will treat you like your dirt, don't expect to get a raise even if you bust your butt and are reliable, they would rather have a theiving drug addict who steels from them work for a little of nothing (for a few weeks because that's how long they last) but by this time they have stole almost all the tools and construction supplies and it costs them a lot more anyway and the next guy has to suffer from this as he doesn't have the proper tools to do his job and who wants to supply their own tools for 10 bucks a hour for real! If I could rate this company a zero I would it's pathetic
