CAUTION: Prejudicial Practices against experienced senior employees Debilitating, poor management of experienced employees. Result negatively impacts finances and retirement savings for the rest of the employee’s life. Poor Practices: Immature, inexperienced managers placed in management positions of experienced employees. These inexperienced petty managers are intimidated by the experience of the employee and most importantly, jealous that the employee’s income exceeds the managers income. No consideration to the fact that these inexperienced managers have five years of experience versus Thirty years of those they are allowed to manage. Life altering negative impact to the experienced employee of which can never be recovered. Retirement quality of life for the employee questionable due to these poor practices. May those responsible experience the same fate. For those considering employment with this company, beware that you do not want to consider it a career. Otherwise your life may be permanently destroyed as well. QUESTION: Are these practices instituted to drive out experienced employees? Answer: Apparently so
