Pros
Typical large firm, rather stable but set in their ways. Decent benefits, and pay. Being large much potential for different assignments, especially if you are an engineer, a vet, a minority or a female. I am none of these. Providing quality defense products to our men & women in the Armed Forces is the only reason I'm still there.
Cons
Unusual culture, have heard statements like "job on the line" even when the issue is clearly out of your control. Bureaucracy is as expected at a large company, it's made worse when you are sitting across a table from people with 40, 35, or 30 year service pins. Don't expect to make any quick changes and as mentioned above especially if you are not an Engineer or Vet or a Female or a Minority.
