Pros
Other than the paltry few benefits that they bestow, none that I can think of.
Cons
Disrespect from colleagues, no advancement, not enough pay for the hours I put in. Managers favoring certain individuals while others that work just as hard it not more so are treated dismally and are not recognized for their contributions.
