- Completely unrealistic billable hours target which means the bonus payout will not come anywhere near 100% of plan. That is very frustrating! - Regional organization structure is antiquated and not helpful to national ERP practices - ERP practices lack robust methodology that other consultancies have. - 401K match is only so so, definitely not something to brag about. They have one, but matching could be improved. Vesting period is way too long. - Internal applications are stuck in the past and need to be improved for them to be an asset
