Pros
Office and amenities are pretty nice and modern. Some of the partners and managers are pretty cool and down to earth people, and help balance out the crap ones. Definitely met a few partners who seemed to care about the employees and wanted them to stay.
Cons
Culture is clicky, snippy managers, staff and seniors who act like we are still high school. Never seen people get so giddy when someone got canned (even when they never met them). Half the managers I worked with were just faking it, training (and this goes for the firm as a whole) is a step above mediocre (alright not terrible but not good/great), little recognition for your work (when something goes right it’s the client, when something goes wrong it’s you). New staff get treated like garbage. There’s a few good partners there who I genuinely do think care about the employees, but they don’t exert any pressure on the culture / seem relatively disconnected and don’t understand the cultural issues at hand at the lower levels. Staff quality seemed to have dropped each year.
