      Try to do too much - need to prioritise Bit UK centric, but changing that slowly Unclear who is on the senior leadership team - seems to increase constantly

      The pay, PTO, Volunteer days, hybrid work days.

      Cons

      Ageism, classism, colorism, everything that discrimination would be against. No opportunity to grow or use education benefits.
