Aggressive bonus plan, excellent incentive programs (yearly GM trips, incentives based upon performance, skill & teamwork building). I worked my way up from Assistant Manager starting at $31,250 to Troubleshooting/Traveling GM where I opened New stores & remodeled ones making $60,000 plus bonuses. I recommend RREMC to those interested in managing restaurants.
Almost impossible to use PTO. They don't pay out the bonuses that they promise. They occasionally miss payroll and pay up to 5 days late. You WILL work regularly on your days off.
