      The culture of caring that the company espouses is woven throughout the culture. They invest in their staff through training and education and there are systems in place to make sure that every restaurant has a level of efficiency in their operation.

      Cons

      The DC market didn’t have a lot of opportunity for advancement within the city due to the small number of restaurants.

      Poor Managament, Favoritism, Selective, Unfair sections, no growth improvement, high turnover rate. Sharky environment
