Pros
Free cereal and snacks.
Cons
Terrible benefits, you have to pay for short term, long term, life insurance. Health insurance options were terrible and extremely expensive. Salary not really high enough to offset such poor benefits. No training- sink or swim type of environment. Terrible management, completely unprofessional. Constantly talking about employees and making fun of them. Extremely unethical, complete disregard for guidelines. Was constantly asked to do things that I was uncomfortable with. No opportunity to move into other positions. They tell you that will post positions so that everyone has a chance to apply, but that never happened at any point when I was there. Completely unrealistic goals- you are expected to close more loans than you have in your pipeline.
