Pros
It's a large company, but in my experience most offices I worked in felt friendly and professional. They do a solid job with clinical supervision, and they’re careful about hiring therapists who are good at working together. If you’re an associate, you’ll rack up hours quickly and get a lot of hands-on experience with teens and families. The schedule is also nice: 10 to 6, Monday through Friday, no after-hours calls, no overtime.
Cons
The caseloads are heavy and they're always understaffed. Between sessions and paperwork, it’s more than one person can realistically manage, and there’s no real flexibility in how you get it done. Upper management tends to focus a lot on compliance and documentation, often at the expense of actually supporting clinicians or client care.
