Pros
Everything you do after the nightmare ends will seem nice and easy.
Cons
It’s a full on gatekeeping citadel; they offer unsustainable pay with the promise of opportunities with more promising clients, but the truth is that only a select few are afforded this opportunity and it’s always their drug/skate buddies. If this isn’t how you operate or something you want to throw into your aspirational toolkit, I’d say only do this if you’re unable to pay the bills any other way and you’ve exhausted all other options. If that’s the case learn what you can and move on to greener pastures. The low level supervisors here have a couple prison guards who will personally attack you for the smallest mistakes, as well as gaslight you if you’ve anything to say in your defense. There’s somehow a ton of people named Mike that have come through here which should also tell you a lot. You’re also expected to work nights to prove yourself and have zero work-life balance with the hours they work you. I moved on to other positions in the following years and have still never had to work with a business that holds a candle to the immaturity and disrespect that permeates this business’s culture.
