Pros
Executives are really easy going and I love the different account Managers. They are a second chance employer which really helps if you ever made mistakes in your life. I think it's nice they have Taco Tuesday for the employees although I don't eat them. They are never too quick to get rid of you if you apply yourself and try your best despite what some of these other posts say. Because they are a second chance employer, they tend to get the bottom of the barrel most the time so it's easy to see why they are such complainers.
Cons
Insurance is offered but is truly awful and I don't recommend it to anyone. There are zero Paid Holidays, PTO, Sick Time, nor Vacation Time no matter how long you have worked here. There are a lot of different groups of not very well mannered employees that always trash the outside of the building throwing trash a cigarette butts on the ground. The bathrooms are always trashed or broken and absolutely disgusting.
