Pros

ROCK provides an excellent environment for building a long-term career in IT. The leadership and management teams are approachable, receptive to feedback, and genuinely committed to employee development. Hard work is recognized and rewarded, especially for those who consistently go above and beyond in their roles.

Cons

There are occasional periods when the support desk experiences a high volume of workload, which can be challenging. However, these spikes are typically addressed within a few weeks as new team members are onboarded to restore balance

Pros

- The company genuinely champions growth. If you’re someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and make a visible impact, this is the best environment for it. - Leadership encourages people to improve things, not just maintain them. You’re trusted to rethink processes, build new ways of working, and take on projects that directly influence how the business operates. - The variety of work is incredible. It’s a rare place where you can build a broad skillset quickly. - There’s a strong culture of collaboration. Teams are open to feedback and willing to jump in to help solve problems, even when it falls outside their usual remit. - The company is investing heavily in tools, reporting, and process automation. It’s exciting to be part of a business that’s modernising and taking efficiency seriously. - You feel your contributions matter. When you fix something, improve something, or build something, it’s noticed and appreciated.

Cons

- It’s a fast-paced environment, so you need to be adaptable when priorities shift. It’s not a “coast through the day” kind of place. - Some processes are still being upgraded or rebuilt due to growth, which means you have to be comfortable working things out as you go.
