Pros
This place is growing steadily and has a pretty chill vibe overall. It's not the kind of place where everyone's out to one-up each other. Not cut throat. Management takes firings very seriously and doesn’t just let people go on a whim. If someone does end up getting let go, it’s usually after months of conversations and clear documentation. PTO is solid too. It starts at around 17 days and ramps up with years served. A lot of folks who’ve been here longer are sitting on 20–30 days off.
Cons
Limited to no work from home flexibility. Very much stuck in the traditional business acumen and not willing to adapt to changes in the labor landscape. General feeling that employees should feel lucky to work here, instead of making employees feel valued. Lacks a competitive edge.
