The culture at RLI is unreal. Everyone is like a family. Work life balance is prioritized even with a far commute. Wonderful immersion program for new employees. Feels like my forever company even after just 6 months.

I haven't found any cons yet in my 6 months. If I had to pick a con, I would say that sometimes the commute is hard as it is over an hour, but the flex work plan has been helpful.

Smaller company environment means your work is visible and your impact matters.

The company maintains high standards and runs lean in some areas, so employees are expected to take initiative and operate independently, which can feel challenging for individuals who prefer more direction.
