      Dan, the CEO, seeks to really connect with employees. He deeply cares about the success of the company and the mission. Coworkers are smart and curious.

      Pros

      Our current leadership is among the best in the country. That drives great teamwork, customer service and confidence in what we deliver. I also love a hybrid environment with intentional in-person team time.

      Cons

      They are working on this, but advancement opportunities and better use of skills sets for persons with clinical quality backgrounds.
