      Unorganized management with no work life balance. They hire kids who need the experience and use them in the front lines to deflect real problems.

      The people you work with are great.

      Cons

      Leadership does not care that employees are spread thin. They will keep giving you more clients and are pushing to win more business. Work/life balance is non-existent. Unlimited PTO is a crock. People judge you when you take time off.
