Pros
not stressful, colleagues were nice. good environment for people who have family and do not want to do overtime work.
Cons
No incentive for sales. Hard to increase basic salary. No bonus or sometimes very few bonus because yo don't know what's the requirement to bonus. you don't know the standard so how you can get?
