Working in Risco is a disaster - QA Engineer RISCO Group Employee Review

Management was initially welcoming to us and very positive.

They could not commit to the program they asked us to put into place, and finally they terminated our services without ever having benefited from them.

Not able to mention any pros of working there. I gave 1 star, only because I couldn't give 0 stars.

- Very hard work - They expect from their employees to stay after work (every day), without paying them for overtime, not even a bonus or something. - If you don't want to do overtime - your team lead gaslights you and manipulates you to feel guilty about your other colleagues - the ones that stay after work to finish their job. But the job never finishes! And the team lead is aware of this. So what's the point of staying after the working hours? - On the interview you probably going to hear stuff like "work-life balance" , "flexible working time", etc. - this is a total lie. There is no work-life balance, because from the minute you start working for RISCO - this work is your whole life. - The most toxic working environment I have ever experienced in my life - everyone is in a rush, everyone is angry and is hating their jobs, your team lead is yelling at you or your colleagues on daily meetings almost every day. - If for any reason you end up with no tasks (because you have finished everything that was assigned to you) - your team lead makes sure to give you MORE and MORE work, so you don't get bored for a second. - The salary they pay is way below the market average for people that work there for more than 10/15 years.
