Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are happy to hear you would recommend working at the RIPE NCC. We also appreciate your feedback about management, leadership, and growth opportunities within our organisation. We are working on a Leadership programme which is focused on the development of our leadership roles. Also, by bringing more clarity on who is accountable for what in which role, we will able to overcome problems of the past.
Based on the surveys we conducted regarding organisational changes and culture programmes, we already see a positive development towards the desired company culture. Many factors come into play by organisational/culture changes so it can take a while to reach the desired stage as a company.
