Everyone wants to help each other succeed and grow. Creativity and outside-the-box thinking are encouraged. Learning is supported, and managers are actually open doors and open to hear feedback and actually create change. The office environment is fantastic, and the office is dog-friendly.

Somedays, you do have to step up and work some extra hours - but that is not weekly - not daily - and if you have something already planned, they will work with you. I don't really consider these cons since it's part of any job in marketing and advertising; this is not always just a 9-5 only industry.
