Where to even begin. First off, this company is addicted to rebranding every time reviews become too terrible. Instead of taking criticism and actually making things better, they sweep it all under the rug and change the company brand kit and/or name. Leadership will invest millions into a useless rebrand then lay off the people who do the work they don’t want to do.
Another major issue is RHEI’s compulsive need to trend hop: merch store building/hosting? done. mobile games? done. NFT’s? done. Repurposing content for other platforms? done. AI integration? done.
And each time a fad runs its course, entire teams lose their jobs without a second thought.
If you’re looking for career progression, look elsewhere.
