Good work culture, but low pay - Civil Engineer RGP (GODALMING) Employee Review

The projects are very small, quite boring. The company is definitely split into two - where planning and engineers are clearly different teams and there's no much interaction. Pay is quite low for industry. Contract promises bonuses "may" be paid, but a manager leaving stated that only associate director and higher actually got bonuses.
