Pros
Great company to work with. Italian headquarters but it is quickly growing internationally. RGI has an incomparable vertical experience in the insurance industry. Wonderful gym to grow and gain international experience. The size of the company gives you the opportunity to take challenges in a dynamic environment.
Cons
The company is still growing and living the digital change. If you expect well established process it is not the case. You have to propose ideas and be innovative in order to help building the RGI of the future.
