The work environment here is excellent. Colleagues are highly supportive and always willing to help, even across different departments. If you value a workplace with friendly, easy-going coworkers over a more rigid top-down management style, this is the place for you. The team is dedicated to their work, so there’s always something new to learn, and guidance is readily available. The company also offers a range of facilities that make the office a comfortable and efficient place to work. Essential items and amenities, similar to those in other professional offices, are well-provided by the company. Overall, this is a great workplace that values collaboration, continuous learning, and employee well-being.

The company offers a relatively low salary, and the management can feel disorganized at times. Given the rising cost of living, the salary provided can be somewhat discouraging. Higher pay seems to be achievable mainly if you have certain "connections." Initially, I felt grateful for the opportunity and the salary, but seeing the broader environment, my motivation to work here has often dipped. Additionally, I find the management here to be quite unstructured. Even basic things, like a clear organizational hierarchy, are unclear, leading to multiple and often conflicting directives.
