I've only been here for a short period of time, but my experience so far has been incredibly positive. From the start, it has been clear that this is a company that values its people. The work-life balance is one of the best I have experienced and expectations feel both clear and reasonable. Compared to other agencies I have worked for, this has been a refreshing change. There is a clear focus on doing quality work without burning people out. Another thing that stands out for me is how inclusive the company is of remote employees. I've felt fully integrated with the team. It's not always easy to build that kind of culture across locations, but they have done a great job. The client work is also a huge plus. It's engaging and aligned with the work that makes you feel proud of what you're doing. Overall, a great start, and I'm looking forward to continuing to grow here!

The people are great, and the culture is really collaborative. You get to work with so many different people across teams and be exposed to a lot of different work.
