Toxic politics overshadow company perks and low pay - Software Engineer REVOLVE Employee Review

Alot of toxic office politics. Pay is awful and no 401k match. They act like they care about you and your growth but its just a facade. Both the CEO's are not good people. One acts like he's some fashion icon and the other one tries to act like he's "one of us" but is a jackle in jeans. Don't work here if you want to get competitive pay. Only those who lack talent, given up or became complacent seem to stay here.
