Pros
Not very many pro's to this place. Company doesn't seem to have much respect for employees. Most people would do better elsewhere.
Cons
Pilots on call 24 hours a day. Illegal per the FAA who has time over time stated being on call is not rest. Old airplanes that break frequently. Management that is more concerned with themselves than the good of the company. Horrible schedule. 8 days off per month. Most trips are out and back but expect to fly frequently on no sleep and be on call all the time, so don't plan on doing anything with your time at home. They have a rotation but it frequently changes, and you may be sitting at home, first up for days napping whenever you can, waiting for the call. Or, you may be last in the rotation and get called anyway for a flight.
