Pros
The atmosphere here is incredibly laid back and it's pretty easy to just get by here. There have been more opportunities for lower level employees to get experience from different departments, which is great, but it's something you really have to press your manager for.
Cons
This small company appears to be trying to grow but seems to be stuck in their recession-era ways; they play it really safe by keeping terrible clients and continuing to charge them less than they should, which results in the seriously below-average wages they pay their employees. Some employees here are very hard workers, but they are rarely appreciated the way they deserve. The company is also very divided between departments and between upper and lower management. These divisions cause a severe lack of communication on a project level but also within the company structure as a whole. It did not feel like there was decent room for growth on an individual level. The vision or plan for an employee to move up the ladder, if there is one at all, is not clearly communicated or carried out. The physical office itself is also pretty depressing; it's not in a great neighborhood and there could be more done to maintain a professional appearance inside.
