I am with RELSAFE for about 7 years now, and with the same team and management for 12+ years. When I joined this company as a safety consultant, I had curiosity, passion to learn about nuclear safety and PSA, and desire to grow every day. Today, as a Principal Consultant, I look back at that journey with a deep sense of gratitude. Over these years, what stood out are the culture, team spirit, constant support, guidance and mentoring. There is no unnecessary bureaucracy. Top management is very approachable and helpful. Feedback is honest and performance is appraised with transparency and reason.
