There are really no pros at this facility.

Company does not care about nor for the safety of its employees. Multiple osha violations being looked over daily even when brought to the attention of the safety manager. Management can’t agree with each other on any level and forces the department diversity onto the floor personnel causing tension on the floor. Hr manager Jana and plant manager Dieter have no clue on how to run a large company. Last open enrollment insurance was changed to a lesser coverage with a higher rate. Also new plan hr selected on their own to go with requires you and your spouse both to have a physical that comes out of your pocket 100% or your insurance will be canceled. There is no future at this facility for growth unless you know someone and kiss there behind daily. This facility is full of favoritism. On top of everything else getting a raise is darn near impossible unless hr and management gets word you are looking at other jobs then they will offer you whatever it takes to keep you but in the mean time they are searching for a body to replace you. There are skilled maintenance tech that are making less money than the apprentices that are still in school and have no training. It has gotten so bad they can’t get hourly employees to work the line because of their reputation they have resorted to hiring from the local halfway house. From my almost 10 year stent I could go on for hours with all the flaws at this facility. Beware techs and skilled tradesmen don’t waste your and your families time with this company.
