2yWe’re sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. We understand how challenging it can be when working in an unsatisfactory work environment. Keeping true to our core values- Trust, Reliability and Innovation, we will prioritize a better communication with our employees. As of now, we continue to host our Chat with the CEO, twice a month, quarterly ALL employee calls, regular team meetings, employee engagement events and as an organization, an open-door policy with management.
