As the market continuously changes, we understand the important role that technology plays to provide quality service and products to our customers and ensure our business runs as efficiently as possible. We currently have technology platforms set up within REHAU and these teams are investing valuable time working to implement new technologies and making improvements to technology we currently apply at REHAU. Another focus within the company is the integration of digital transformation into all areas of the business, to change how we operate, deliver value to our customers and be flexible to the changes and opportunities of digital technologies that impact the market. Innovation especially in technology is one of REHAU’s top priorities and we recognize it is a necessity to continue to be a successful business and stay competitive in the market. Several examples of recently implemented new platforms include our new Marketplace for the Furniture Business as well as other new and updated internal systems. Not every implementation may directly affect your work and this is why you may not be aware of them all. We are talking about all of these exciting developments in our employee meetings and on the Intranet on a regular basis. However, your comments show us that we may need to improve our communication efforts so that our employees are more informed about our new technology developments, even if their specific work may not be immediately affected.
