Small company with only a few branches

The training was comprehensive and detailed. My supervisor cared about the company which was great because she gave us all the tools we needed to help make ourselves and the company successful. The monthly incentive included reachable goals and maxing out was always encouraged. The members (for the most part) were friendly and it was nice being on first name basis with many of them.

There was limited room for promotion within the company. There were some employees who were too worried about what someone else was doing, disregarding their own responsibilities. Communication between branches was not always reliable. There were many people who would not answer their phones.
