Little to no effort made to create a real company culture. Senior leadership almost never transparently communicates to the company. Often we find out what's happening from Business Insider before our leadership tells us. Hierarchical culture of priorities handed down as demands from leadership. It's not clear that senior management listens to anyone below them.
