Pros
I have worked at RECUR for 1 year and it has been an awesome ride so far. As an employee, I want to work on cool stuff and be a part of a mission bigger than myself, RECUR has provided me with just that.
It SO MUCH FUN to be a part of an NFT drop process. The build-up, the teasers, the community activation, watching things sell out and evolve. I love it.
The offsite we did in Texas was the best company event I have ever been to by far. No corporate nonsense, just genuine connections, fun, and bonding.
I do not know what RECUR will be in 5 years and I am all here for it. If your priority is to build in web3, RECUR is the place to be for sure.
Cons
RECUR is a very young company. As with almost every early-stage startup, it is messy! Tangled communications, direction changes, people changes. This comes with the territory and RECUR is not immune to it. RECUR is figuring things out as we go so things do not always go my way or how I would imagine them. This works for me but will not work for everyone.
The leadership team, with their flaws as humans, is figuring things out and trying their best to do right by people and create an awesome company. Mistakes have and will continue to happen, but I know first-hand that they do care and want to make this a great exp. for everyone.
