* Very good trainings * Approachable Team Leads and Admins * Understanding, caring and generous Clients * Helpful colleagues and workmates * Virtual Assistants can be trained in different tasks thus giving him/her more knowledge * Salary increases, benefits and incentives * Free use of refrigerators and microwave ovens * Free coffee/hot drinks * Treats, parties, occasions, events, activities, games, prizes * A balance of stressful and relaxed working days * 1-on-1 sessions * 2 days off

Low pay. Growth is not that much but it's chill.

Pros

Supervisors, support, TLs, and teammates are nice (but not all) They are empathetic and are always willing to extend their arms to help their co-workers.

Cons

Low pay, low incentives, and policy in holiday pay are not always followed (inconsistent). Memo in every holiday pay.
