Non toxic environment. Everyone was friendly.

Low pay. Growth is not that much but it's chill.

Supervisors, support, TLs, and teammates are nice (but not all) They are empathetic and are always willing to extend their arms to help their co-workers.

Low pay, low incentives, and policy in holiday pay are not always followed (inconsistent). Memo in every holiday pay.
