READY is a great company and the culture is fun and exciting. We are working on revolutionary automation solutions for the manufacturing sector and management encourages feedback for continual improvement. It's refreshing to work for a company that understands mistakes happen and that we learn more from our failures. The culture is fairly chill, even though it's a startup and we working at a very fast-pace. We have a lot of flexibility and management treats the team with respect. There are a lot of other perks like monthly company gatherings, snacks, dog friendly office, casual work attire, and a great vacation policy. In addition, there are lots of opportunities for growth and development. Management promotes from within and many of my coworkers have already advanced here.
Cons
The company has some organization and communication issues, however, that is to be expected at a startup company as we try to improve business processes.
