      Pros

      Many opportunities to impact lasting change with clients commutes to energy efficiency. Very passionate and intelligent CEO. Motivated and agile data team, thriving office culture in Falls Church.

      Cons

      Engineering manager in Minneapolis is arrogant, opinionated, and actively undermines confidence of supporting engineers and consultants. His time management is poor, and often changes his mind on deliverables each meeting, making his expectations very difficult to satisfy, often at the client’s expense. He often talks over, or down to people, and throws tantrums when his ego is challenged.

      RE Tech is like any other company, some may find cons as they work for us and that is fine. I have personally found RE Tech to be an amazing place to work and have enjoyed my time here! Joining a company that is growing requires its staff to have the necessary patience to see long-term gains. Every business has ebbs and flows that require it to be agile, and adjust to meet the needs of their clients. If you are interested in growing your career and solving real world problems, then RE Tech is for you!
