Great LEADERSHIP, unfortunate office Manager. - Team Director RE/MAX Employee Review

Few of the managers that we interact with on a daily basis in our offices are actually doing what Leadership intends for them to do. Mine in poarticular has been with our office about two years has her sites on her own promotions and growth so much, that she isn't doing a good job at actually keeping her promises to newly recruited Agents. Recruiting is her priority as those numbers are what make her look fabulous, but the moment those recruited are in the door, they are ignored and shuffled to the side. Everyone is complaining and talking about her behind her back. I wish everyone would just speak up and tell our Leadership that's she's actually HORRIBLE!
