      Pros

      Fun environment in which to work. Every day was different, and so many different scenarios with buyers & sellers. Overall, it worked for a while. Then the market fell out.

      Cons

      If the economy isn't doing well, it was nearly impossible to recruit new agents. Which made it tough to run a great office.

      Do everything possible to set their agents up for success! Great team mentality. Everyone wants to see each other succeed!

      Cons

      Commission only, but that’s real estate.
